There’s a distinct energy shift when the cool, crisp air of fall washes away the balmy summer humidity. Our need for cozying up in warm layers sipping pumpkin-flavored anything is practically uncontrollable. This urge for cocooning has me thinking a lot about the art of hygge. The Danish interpretation for reveling in cozy contentment has always influenced me, but never more so than during the onset of fall.
