Tactile and textured. Warm and inviting. Stylish and sophisticated—Linen has long been synonymous with strength and luster as one of the oldest textiles in the world, honoring a rich and romantic heritage that goes back 10,000 years to its origin in ancient Egypt. S. Harris’s Linen Wallcoverings contain classic, well-performing linens, simultaneously offering up a unique approach to their manufacturing shown through a myriad of cutting edge dying, weaving, and print technologies. Sustainably sourced, innovative and luxurious, our new collection of linen wallcoverings bring a layer of fashion detailing and quality craftsmanship to any space they live.

SustainablyChicBlueWe are doing our part to source ethically made goods. Our Linen Wallcoverings do not contain PVC, chlorine, plasticizers, heavy metals or harmful dyes. Made from flax, a 100% renewable resource, our linen wallcoverings are manufactured in a sustainable manner with minimal impact on the environment - from the processing of the flax to the weaving, dying, and finishing of the cloth. All energy sources are either wind or hydro-based and all processes water-based. The linen has a non-woven backing, composed with a FSC certified wood pulp, and reinforced with polyester for dimensional stability.
